Prisma Time pricing
Clear pricing and no user minimums. With a one-year contract, the first two months are on the house.
With a 12-month contract you pay for 10: the first two months, which line up with implementation, are on the house. It applies to the monthly fee of Prisma Time, Prisma Hub and Prisma Site; it does not apply to implementation, add-ons or bundles.

What does implementation include, and what is charged separately?
For Prisma Time (from $750, one time) it includes setting up your organization, the initial load of projects and employees, one training session with supervisors and another with employees. For Prisma Hub (from $1,500, and it can be split into payments) it includes setup, the initial load of your clients from an Excel file, and training. Add-ons, migration from another system and custom development are separate and quoted by scope.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone with access to the system, including supervisors and administrators. Each plan comes with users included, and you can add more for a monthly per-user fee.
How do the two free months work?
You commit to 12 months and pay for 10. The two free months are the first two, which line up with the implementation period. It applies to the monthly fee of Prisma Time, Prisma Hub and Prisma Site; it does not apply to implementation or add-ons.
Is there a discount if I use more than one product?
Yes. The Office + Hours bundle (Hub and Time) is $289 a month, and Prisma Arranque (website, Hub, Time and Finance) is $299 a month. And if you use Hub or Time, Prisma Site drops to $600.
What do I pay separately?
Your company’s email licenses and, if you use them, your QuickBooks or Sage subscriptions. With Prisma Site the domain is included; Prisma Time or Prisma Hub licenses are paid separately.
Can I take my data with me if I cancel?
Yes. The data you load is yours. Prisma Time exports hours to Excel and PDF at any time, and if you cancel we coordinate handing over your information before closing the account.
How long does implementation take?
A typical Prisma Time implementation takes 1 to 2 weeks. Prisma Hub takes 2 to 4 weeks.
