Who we are
These terms apply to the services of Prisma Advisors LLC (“Prisma”), of Carolina, Puerto Rico: Prisma Time, Prisma Hub, Prisma Site and consulting. By contracting or using a service, you accept these terms. If your company signs a proposal or contract with Prisma, what that document says takes precedence over this page.
Pricing and payments
- Prices are in United States dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
- Prisma Time and Prisma Hub are paid with one monthly fee per company that comes with users included. Extra users are charged per user, per month. Anyone with access to the system counts as a user, including supervisors and administrators.
- Implementation is paid one time. For Prisma Hub it can be split into payments.
- Add-ons, migration from another system, custom implementation and custom development are quoted separately, by scope.
- The monthly fee starts counting when implementation begins.
Annual contract with two free months
If you commit to 12 months, you pay for 10. The two free months are the first two, which line up with the implementation period. The offer applies to the monthly fee of Prisma Time, Prisma Hub and Prisma Site. It does not apply to implementation, add-ons or bundles.
Prisma Site
- Prisma Site includes up to 5 pages and up to 1 hour of small changes a month. Stores, payments, bookings and other features are quoted separately.
- Changes beyond the included time are quoted before we do them.
- The domain is registered in the client’s name and its renewal is included in the monthly fee. The company’s email licenses are paid by the client.
- Prisma Time or Prisma Hub licenses are paid separately.
Third-party services
Some features connect with services from other companies, such as QuickBooks or Sage. Subscriptions to those services are contracted and paid by the client, and their use is governed by each provider’s terms.
Artificial intelligence
Hour dictation, Prisma Assistant answers and category suggestions are generated with artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Whoever uses them must review them before saving them or making decisions with them.
Your data
The data you load is yours. We use it to provide the service, as the privacy policy explains. You are responsible for having the right to load that information and for who on your team has access.
Cancellation
If you cancel, you keep your data: Prisma Time exports hours to Excel and PDF, and we coordinate handing over your information before closing the account. On Prisma Site, the domain is yours and stays with you.
Use of the service
The Prisma Time and Prisma Hub software belongs to Prisma; what you pay for is the right to use it while your service is active. Reselling it, copying it or using it for anything illegal is not allowed.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and provide support Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions.
